citroen c4 2005 used strange door lock and more did come whit the car and they work i have 2
can it be a clone or something cant find anywhere if some one now anything

Could be an original case or the original ones have been replaced and the old key insides put in. Original ones often suffer from the rubber buttons breaking and the after market cases are more durable.

what other keys did you get with it?
My guess would be its some kind of aftermarket fitted central locking kit.
Sometimes the relay inside the BSI can fail for the central locking so rather than replace the BSI an aftermarket kit is fitted

The three switches on the board look like membrane type to me. OE boards use proper mechanical switches so that points to it being aftermarket to me.
