2010 Citroen C3 Exclusive HDI LHS sidelight off

Vin VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
LHS sidelight is off with only 4.1 V at bulb holder.
Checked bulb/bulb holder and ok. Removed plug from rear of headlight and compared incoming voltage with RHS plug. Only difference is pin 1 which on good light is 13.8V and on bad light is 4.1 V. Can any one provide electrical drawing showing where this voltage is fed from.

Thanks for the reply. Issue was found to be in the BSM with one of the connectors corroded. Replaced BSM and all good.
