1.6HDi in a 2011 Belingo Van, I would really appreciate some help. There are some things that are noticeable: it runs perfectly on really cold days until the engine warms, then loses power and stalls on any slight gradient or the limp mode cuts in but clears after a restart, when not in limp mode if i can keep the revs over 2900 it is no problem but between 2000 and 2900 it is very rugh and mainly cuts out. Also, occasionally, when in limp mode, the accelerator stops responding.
Here are the relevant fault codes.
P1237 intermittent Accelerator pedal one signal. consistency with other Accelerator pedal signals
P2148 intermittent Injector control. controle; short to earth
P1369 intermittent controls Injector cylinder 4. Short Between pins
P1368 intermittent controls Injector cylinder 3. Short Between pins
P1367 intermittent controls Injector cylinder 2. Short Between pins
P1366 intermittent controls Injector cylinder 1. Short Between pins

Is there any sign of oil around the injector seals?
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Have you done anything with the information provided on your other recent thread?

Your first fault code P1237 might be the cause of the others, Inside the pedal sensor are 2 sensor tracks and they must read the same value. I would try one from a breakers to eliminate it, then clear your faults and try again
Thanx to all the admins & knowledgeable people that make this the best forum on the interweb. BUT COME BACK MARC , We miss you!

Steve Walsh, Hi, that sounds like a plan, thank you. Another in this group, FCF, posting as shtu (thank you also), suggested a similar approach.

just found and ordered a used full peddle and sensor only £14 worth a try I'll let you know if it works. I think my fault code reader will reset the accelerator sensor

Very cold today, everything was working very well, absolutely no symptoms until well after the engine thermometer showed warm, then stralling started.
Changed accelerator sensor. Still stalling!
Does anyone have any ideas what to try next?

Check that the accelerator pedal errors are no longer appearing. It's unlikely but not unheard of for used parts to also be faulty.
After that I'd be taking a good close look at the engine bay wiring loom for any sign of damage. It's unlikely all 4 injectors have intermittent shorts, even if they're the crappy Siemens ones.

Ok started to check the engine wiring harness but oh boy this is a task!!!
where can I get photos and or wiring diagram for this belingo (B9)?
Also, this is interesting. I have also received an error code 05FF for the particulate Filter differential pressure sensor circuit. Either an open circuit, a short, or an implausible signal??
ant thoughts on this

You do seem to be getting a fair few "short to earth" issues.
No specific clues I'm afraid, but to give you an idea of the sort of thing to look for...
On mine, the airbox had been badly refitted, and was missing the assorted rubber bits to hold it in the right place. As a result, the sirbox had rubbed through the glowplug wiring harness in two places.
