Hi guys, would love to get your input on an issue I've been having with my C5 Aircross.
When turning the heating on no air comes out of the front (both passenger sides), but cold air is blowing out the rear. The A/C is working perfectly fine.
I've researched a bit online and found that the common causes are a broke/clogged heater matrix, a malfunctioning blend door actuator, or potentially a blower motor?
Anybody has advice on how I can diagnose the root cause of the issue on this specific car? I wasn't able to find any relevant videos/pictures of where these parts are located in the car.
Thank you!

If you have a laser thermometer (as shown in this post: viewtopic.php?p=844761#p844761) then you can check if the heater matrix is blocked simply by reading the temperature of the heater feed and return hoses. If they are similar and both showing over 70 then the matrix would seem to be ok. If blocked the feed hose will be a fair bit higher than the return. As for the flap actuator, turn the fan up to full speed and then cycle the flow control through the various settings from Screen to foot via dash etc while checking for airflow at the facia outlets. Obviously if the blower motor has failed you won't get anything at all!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Any chance you can point out where I might be able to locate the heater feed and return hoses? The engine bay is super stacked and I'm not seeing anything obvious. Any pictures/videos will be super helpful.

I'm afraid I only have access to information about pre 2013 models so nothing to show you. They will be going through the bulkhead behind the engine somewhere!!

I found this picture on the net and think the pipes are those I've circled in red but I may be wrong, it's not a very clear picture to begin with.

Oh yeah I think I found them! two black hoses one over another. The top one has a bleeder valve. Thanks mate, I'll see if I can squeeze in there somehow and check the temps.
