New Here got a spesific fault with BERLINGO 625 LX L1 HDI

Hi, I am new here. I live in Somerset, UK. I have an engineering background and like to do as much as I can myself.
I have got a specific fault with the BERLINGO 625 LX L1 HDI Engine number JBCB0184398
I had one injector replaced as recommended by my local garage, and it has, if anything, made it worse.
Now, on freezing days, there is absolutely no problem; it runs perfectly until some time after the engine temperature meter shows warm!
When warm it stalls very easily below 3000 rpm then drops into limp mode. Even the slightest incline causes it to lose power, and the engine stops, and the accelerator pedal has no connection. After restarting the accelerator problem clears. and the limp mode persists but then clears after a couple of restarts.
I have fault codes. Which forum can I post this and ask for help, please?

My first thought is that maybe your local garage doesn't know that Peugeot/Citroen number their engines from the gearbox end and has either replaced the wrong injector, coded the wrong injector (if it needed coding) or possibly both. You'll have to ask the awkward question.

These are the fault codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1.P2137 Accelerator Pedal 1 Signal. Consistency With
Other Accelerator Pedal Signal
Intermittent

2.P2148 Injector Control. Control. Short Circuited To
Earth Or Value Too Low
Intermittent


These do appear to be intermittent faults! As they reset and clear on a very cold morning befor the engine heats up. If it is wiring, does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking?

First slight snag is the codes are a bit generic, but hey ho. Based on that.

First code suggests a fault with the throtle pedal or wiring.
Second one suggests an injector or injector loom fault.

First one may be able to be confirmed using live data to compare the two pots though a "new" pedal is cheap if you want to fire the parts cannon, the second one is good old fashioned multimeter work.
