Hi everyone,
I'm seeking help regarding an CMP6 (robotized manual) gearbox issue on my Citroën C4 Picasso 2008 after a clutch and flywheel replacement.
The learning process involves Biting Point, Grid, and Transmissibility parameters.
Here is the precise situation:
With my personal Diagbox interface: I run the "gearbox programming" procedure. Phase 1 (Biting Point) and Phase 2 (Grid) complete successfully. The software indicates the entire procedure is finished. However, when I check the "Learning Status" parameters in Diagbox, the "Transmissibility" parameter does not appear at all in the list.
The Error Codes: Because Diagbox doesn't register or display this status, the ECU generates persistent P1800 and P0949 fault codes.
Current Status: The car drives perfectly fine (100% OK), with smooth shifts and no mechanical issues apparent during normal driving. The codes stay clear until I attempt the procedure again.
It appears my Diagbox configuration cannot access or finalize the "Transmissibility" parameter in the ECU memory map.
Has anyone experienced this problem with Diagbox, where the procedure seems to finish but the codes appear on the next scan or the parameter is missing?
Am I risking long-term damage if I just keep the codes cleared and the car drives perfectly fine in reality?
Thanks for any insight!

There is some information here: https://www.transmissionrepaircostguide.com/p0949/ and here: https://carscounsel.com/p1800-code/
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Thanks for the hint but that's some kind of generic procedures and description of the errors. Thanks anyway.mickthemaverick wrote: 30 Nov 2025, 22:31 There is some information here: https://www.transmissionrepaircostguide.com/p0949/ and here: https://carscounsel.com/p1800-code/![]()
