quick question can you remove the ram as well as the sphere all in 1 on 2003 c5 mk1 Citroen so i can work on it safer

took a look at the vid on youtube he doest take out the whole unit asi want to ram and sphere all connected so i am going to have to come up with a plan of sort

No he doesn't because the ram comes out by sliding it forward through the bracket which is why you have to remove the sphere first.
