2007 C4 No start P0615

Hello, i need help with a 2007 C4 1.6Hdi with an occasional no start. Mostly when the car is already warmed up the starter will not turn. When i jump the starter it always turns and starts the car. I replaced the BSI (fuse box behind the left headlight) with a used part. It might be that the used part is also failing. Before purchasing another i would like to know if there are other things i can look at. Thank you

When you say 'jump the starter' do you mean you connect the battery +ve straight to the starter motor, bypassing the solenoid, or to the solenoid?

i bypass the startermotor relais. i put power on the starter solenoid
