Daughter has a 2013 1.6 CITROEN E-HDI DS3. The week before last it cut out completely on the motorway and had to be recovered. Battery was dead on arrival at home, probably from repeated attempts to start, and turned out to be on its last legs so was replaced.
Initial scan before replacing the battery gave a 05FF 'unexpected re-initialisation fault coming from the BSI' and a C1644 'suppy fault, open circuit' on the EPS but after the new battery, a BSI reset and clearing the faults, these disappeared, but the car still doesn't start. No obvious breaks, bad grounds or chaffing on any wiring.
Testing the fuses in the BSM showed several of the ones circled in red are only showing voltages around 2.4v, replaced the BSM as an easy starting point but still the same.

A diagnostic since the new battery, BSM and BSI reset shows...
I'd really appreciate any help in tracing where the fault lies or if the next step would be replacing the BSI.The following systems is abnormal: Built-in System Interface (BSI) Name Of The Supplier: VALEO Equipment Part Number: 9664058780 Equipment Additional Reference: 9666952280 Software Reference: 9679186480 Software Edition: 0E29 DTC (1) 1.0FFE Battery Charge Status Unit: Fault: Configuration Battery Change Status Unit DTC (1) Not Characterised 1.P0FFE Configuration Fault
Thanks for taking the time to read and for any ideas anyone is able to suggest.
