Can some1 tell me what the resistance should be on the wastegate turbo actuator thankyou.

i bought a brand new turbo and wastegate put them in got 3 fault code i think the actuator on its own is £38 im getting fault codes P0100,P2563 AND P2562 my wastegate is the 1 with a plug on the end are these cheap waste gates no good some1 is selling 1 at £68.
