My Citroën mobil application E-C4x

I am using this application for a month.
But I dont know some points to set:
How to set max charging battery?
How to display average consumption kWh per 100km?

I have a hybrid C4 so can't help directly, but if you go to the top corner if the app and tap the head you will see a menu that includes settings. In there there are unit options. Might help.

My general experience of the app is that it's rubbish at updating things, sometimes doing a refresh then closing the app and reopening it will show correct data. I'm using android, IoS might be better. According to location my car spent 3 days in a field about 2 miles from where I live last week. I don't really use it for anything meaningful but can see that it might be more important for a bev.

Thinking aloud, no idea how to get KWh but maybe:

The app shows me the mpg for the month on the journey summary page, but also in each trip under 'manage my journeys' - does your show anything there?

I don't bother with fuel cost so the field is blank, I wonder if you entered something unreal in yours like 1 or 10 as the fuel cost, the app would show you cost data and you could get the information you want from that?

Maybe deleting and re-installing the app might help, or contacting Citroen using the contact and assistance button on the front page of the app.

I see from the app reviews on google play that you are not alone - here's one from 4 days ago:

ok, but could be better. Updates seem to be improving but I think a couple of things would make it more useful. 1, I have an E-C4 and would like to see in the journey history the consumption. The units are there, miles per kWh but no actual number.

There is also something called trip report listed in the connected services webpage - I've never used it and have no idea what it's for, but that might get you what you want.

While looking for something completely different I stumbled on this reference to an e c4 facebook group. You might find something there. I don’t use facebook unless I have to so can’t vouch for it.
