Hello, I need Diagbox version 7.83. I have version 9.85 offline, and it doesn't work well with cars older than 2006 because there are no Peugeot dealerships in Iraq.

The problem you describe is probably a well-known Chinese clone disaster. It remains to be seen whether 7.83 will help you. PSA never released a 7.83 version. The DB 7.xx software ended with 7.65, whereby only the 7.57 or 7.62 updates were genuine (until early 2015). 7.83 contains limited elements of 8.19. This is not suitable for new vehicles from mid-2015 onwards.

Seeing as it will be a hacked copy & that version will be a good 8-10 years old anyway and no longer even supported by PSA if someone asks you to buy a licence i would run a mile

At reputable sites, downloading the 7.xx software has always been free of charge.
Why not use the free download from Robert that I mentioned?
