Hello everyone
I hope I've posted this in the right place, this is my first time on the forum.
Long story but I got a citroen berlingo 66 plate model a few weeks ago and within less than 100 miles the cambelt stripped the teeth. After inspecting it there was no visible damage to the camshaft or the rocker arms (I believe they normally snap if the belt goes).
I replaced the belt, tensioner, water pump and all that fun stuff and it all moves freely and sounds fine when running. When I drove it for the first time it had no power and came up with an engine light. When I scanned it there was codes P02ED and P00BC. I've checked all the connections to make sure I plugged everything back in and removed all the intake pipes and cleaned them and made sure they're sealing correctly but still no luck.
I've read things like the EGR valve and the air flow sensor can cause these codes but don't want to chuck money at it if that isn't the problem. Just wondering if there is internal damage that I can't see that would be causing this. Any advice is much appreciated
Thanks in advance

Sounds similar to this issue I found on the Peugeot forum: https://www.peugeotforums.com/threads/p ... 21.379876/
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Following…. Have had exactly the same problem, belt striped teeth, bent all the valves no rocker arm damage. Replace then cam box with the 8mm modified one and now have these two faults, no leaks in the induction system, replaced MAF sensor still not fixed. Heading to the egr and cooler in the morning for a clean and check for leaks. Anyone else have a fix for this?

I still haven't figured out the issue. I did take the EGR valve apart and clean it, the metal pipe connecting to it was quite clogged but it didn't change anything. According to the scan tool the EGR seems to be working but its leading more towards no boost as if one of the valves is bent. Tried to test the compression by taking the glow plugs out and the first one I did snapped inside the head. So that's another issue I have to fix first

My guess would be it needs a new camshaft.... surprising it didn't break at least one rocker, but assuming it was running (or at least cranking) when the belt went then likely there was valve contact, the force went somewhere - if not a broken rocker, then a spun cam lobe.
