Citroen C5 aircross hot air issue

Hello ,

I have Citroen c5 aircross 2019 .
As gets colder my wife start using heating and we notice that heats works only on passenger side .
From driver side is only cold air blowing . Doesn’t matter if we switch on A/C or not problem is same .
We swap filters and check coolant levels and all looks fine . A/C was refilled in March as well and work fine all summer.
We plug diagnostic computer in garage to see if there is any faults but there is nothing showing.
Any of users have same problem ? Or someone know what could happen?

Citroen have a bit of a history of failed heater flap motors over the years and although I don't know anything about the setup in your car it may be a similar problem. If you search 'driver's side heat flap' you may find some information.

I had a similar issue on my DS9 in the past. Drivers side cold only, passenger side OK.

Dealer originally thought it was the heater matrix but it wasn't. Actually turned out to be a faulty flap in the system.

Thank you for your reply.
Can you please tell me how much they charged for fixing or you did by yourself? I ask some local garages but they don’t want to take this job . Is very hard to fixed ?
