Hi, I've been struggling with this for a long time, but I can't get it to work.
I've already updated to version 9.400, but there's no result.either there is a login error or the diagnostic buttons don't work

Sorry to say I can't help here, well outside my knowledge base.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

In the first screen you see on top the message that you have to allow defender this program, this is the option in Windows.

Re: Original diagbox ,authentication
Hi buddy, its a bit hard to go off screen shots but are you using an official validated diagbox online account? Yes/No?
Regardless, it looks to me that MS Defender is blocking your access (firewall probably?) ,and also UAC (user access control) is blocking some url? So before you install the software, turn off MS Defender and Firewall and turn off/minimum UAC . But maybe those url (internet links) are failing now because they have changed/moved for some reason? Type into the little search box at the bottom (windows 10) and it should tell you how to do both those things? (Or you just could re-install and hit 'allow access' every time the firewall asks permission when you run the software the first time?? Oh, thats why i asked if you are using an online account as Stellantis may have changed things and you need a software update? Thanks, Baz.
