Is it possible to force an active Regen while driving the car using diagbox ?
Car does not want to perform an activ Regen ( already at 1050km done without a Regen only some pasive Regen )
A filer that is 200000km should have done a Regen already

Re: Force a regeneration while driving using diagbox
A passive regen is still a regen. All that means is that the engine was able to raise the temperature sufficiently to burn off the soot without having to load the engine with alternator loads such as the heated rear window, etc.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

I wondered what passive meant , cheers for popping that up, so it will still do one with out having other things switched on by the cars ecu. Pretty cool that

Hi Drotaru, why do yo need an active regen? What differential pressure or soot grams on the DPF do you read with the diagnose tool?
In Diagbox when selected, the active (forced) regen has strict conditions to run:
- engine coolant temp above 85 degrees
- bonnet open
- do not operate any pedals
It will rise slowly the revs until about 2250 rpm and will stay there as long is needed.
On my car the process started but the engine stopped after 5 minutes and throwed an error (DPF overloaded) and next attempts failed also, so now I have to do an off-car DPF cleaning. My problem was wrong software on ECU then a faulty Eolys additive pump.
