Hi,
Has anyone one had issues with reverse lights, rear parking sensors and rear wipper not working when reverse is engaged?
Thanks

Re: Reverse lights
Could be a problem with the reverse switch or its wiring/connector. On our 2016 1.6 hdi Cactus the switch is located on the top of the gear box.

Re: Reverse lights
That is very likely. On my second C5 the reversing lights did not work, even though the bulbs were fine. I then replaced the reverse switch, and not only did the lights work, but the car 'bonged' when I engaged reverse gear (I hadn't noticed that this didn't initially happen) and the ventilation system switched to 'Recycle' (to limit the exhaust fumes being drawn into the car).PaulC5 wrote: 09 Oct 2025, 13:39 Could be a problem with the reverse switch or its wiring/connector. Re: Reverse lights
I've put a multimeter on the switch it's working. Voltage to the switch and linked out the switch still no joy.PaulC5 wrote: 09 Oct 2025, 13:39 Could be a problem with the reverse switch or its wiring/connector. On our 2016 1.6 hdi Cactus the switch is located on the top of the gear box.
