Radio reset didn't work

On an old 10 reg C5 X7 it has the sat nav unit. The centre button/ knob thing is basically broke, it works in a kind of a way but usually no.
I do have a radio to listen to so I guess that is something (hate driving in silence).
But I guess with the other problems I don't think I will have it long as I say. The mot is out in November and if it doesn't sell by then will probably get scrapped.

It sometimes "scrolls" but usually not and it more or less pulls away from the front panel. Not right out but a good bit. It's obviously broke.

It either the button/ knob on the front fixed to stop it randomly scrolling or another unit.
Will wait till i know what i am doing with it though.
