Official Diagbox

Hi all,

I have an account on the Servicebox Independent Operator site. I previously downloaded the genuine Diagbox from the site and purchased tokens and used it on a number of cars. I uninstalled it in order to use the offline version with no tokens. I now went to servicebox to download Diagbox again but the link is no longer there. Apparently you have to purchase a token first and then you'll get the link, but it won't allow me to purchase a token because my account is no longer "Validated". Does anyone have any idea of how to proceed?

You have found yourself in a similar position to the FCF. We have so far been unable to regain our access to Servicebox since the Stellantis reorganisation. Our problem appears to be that they are only allowing access to Main Dealers and Approved Specialists, presumably in an attempt to boost those businesses as DIYing becomes more difficult. Hence at the moment we have found no way to get our access back but we still hope to achieve that although Stellantis are notoriously slow in responding to any communications. If you do find a way please let us know too!!

There are currently probably only one or two species that have access to the current online version and can then save the code to work with it ‘offline’. Most 9.xxx versions – whether direct or as a VM – are just slightly spruced up versions of an older version.
Your problem is quite easy to solve – in addition to genuine authorised dealers, there are independent garages that meet Stellantis' requirements, e.g. body shops. Hackers are unlikely to be able to help you.
You need to find such a dealer and come to an agreement with them. You usually won't have any luck with PSA garages.
However, independent garages do not have full access.
