Peugeot 205 diesel brake parts upgrades / interchangeability

I may have posted this but cannot remember !
I have a series II 1995 two door 205 xud7 non turbo version . On the front are discs from another vehicle , peugeot i think ? the rear appears to be original standard.
I want to discard all the old brake systems front and rear with new parts .
But the discs and calipers on the front are not 205 original so what Peugeot french vehicle can they be from as i need to direct replace them for brand new today ?.
Can someone enlighten me on 205 diesel front brake disc and caliper direct interchangeable without any mods or additions ie direct bolt ons from other french vehicles please and steel wheels too as there may be problems with caliper interference ?.

Hopefully someone will be able to help but I can only give information on the original fitments so cannot help with the modifications you have. Good luck
