Hi all,
I'm new here. I'm i. Spain and had a bump in my Peugeot 307 which caused passenger airbags to deploy. I need to fix this.its ripped the material on the roof as well. Does anyone know if there's a way to do this cheaply.. I have trouble with speaking mechanic level Spanish so its not easy!
Gracias

Re: Peugeot 307 airbags
Welcome to the forum in your hour of need.
The only way to do this cheaply is to find another model that's being scrapped and scavenge what you need. It would be best if all the airbags and other pyrotechnic devices were intact, not just the passenger side, as there's an ECU which stores the state of the airbags and will need replacing in your car as well as the airbags.
If anything has blown on this other vehicle on the driver's side then this ECU will also be compromised and no better than the one already on your car. I believe it is possible to get the ECU virginised but places that can do this are not common.

As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
