Blower vent issues.

Bear with me to explain this in what i think is right. Just had my blower fan motor replaced. On testing the garage couldnt get the vent direction button to work so suggested it was the heater flap motor or blending motor that was the issue. Does anyone know where these are located and how to get to them. Part numbers would be great as well. The garage was quoted by Citroen £450 just for a the motor which seems excessive. The car is a Mk1 2007 C4 Picasso. Thank you
