Hello everyone! I have a problem with my vehicle. On the way to the seaside, my AdBlue injector came loose, and the heat from the exhaust gases melted the connector! This happened during regeneration, which was interrupted, with a bunch of warnings on the board (Engine Fault, SERVICE, AdBlue...). The vehicle continued to drive normally with a mileage limit of 1,100 km! When I arrived at the location, I bought a new AdBlue injector, the original one, and replaced it! During diagnostics, we changed the injectors and re-initialized! Unfortunately, the errors have not been removed, at least most of them. The restriction reappears after a few kilometers, but fortunately always again at 1100 km! Of course now there are a bunch of errors related to the NOX system, but I think it's all related to the AdBlue injector error (P2048 Control of the urea injector - short circuit to earth)! We tried everything through Diagbox, replacing the NOX sensor, resetting NOX errors, testing the AdBlue injector (unsuccessful)! We tried another new AdBlue injector, same thing! When connected, it shows SHORT CIRCUIT, and when we disconnect the connector it shows OPEN CIRCUIT! It means that the wires register the connector. The connector itself looks correct. Is it possible for the wires to be damaged and still register the connection! Does anyone have a diagram for the AdBlue injector, and values on the wires! How to test them? Can part of the installation be replaced, or is the whole installation complete? The fuses in the engine compartment are OK. Not related, but a few days before that I had the FAP filter dry cleaned in the machine! Of course we changed the FAP filter through diagnostics. Please help and suggestions! I believe everything related to this would go away if I could get the AdBlue injector to work. I also ordered a new sensor for the AdBlue tank in time, in case it ever goes bad. So I have it if I need it!
Thanks in advance!

With that quantity and range of faults I'd suggest you check all the mutiplugs connecting to the ECU and BSI checking for dampness and corrosion.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Of course, I thought about checking that too. I just find it incredible that all of that would catch fire, just when the AdBlue injector burns out. Where exactly is the ECU and BSI? Supposedly around the battery, but I can't see it! Otherwise they are visible. Not near the fuses! This might be here

I believe you may find the BSI behind the glovebox fuse board but not sure about the ECU. Check all the engine compartment fuse area plugs too.
