Emissions fault (P20EE - error code)

Unread post by filidanyel »

Hello colleagues,

I have a Peugeot 308 SW 2.0 BlueHDI 150 HP from 2015 and recentely I had an issue with the particle filter(it couldn't regenerate by itself and went to the Peugeot to take it down and get cleaned). After 2 days I got UREA Warning lamp On and also the Engine check was on, and tought that I need to refill the AddBlue tank which I did. The WLA's were still present with the P20EE error(SCR Nox Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshhold Bank1) after that and I reset those errors with a phone diagnose but after a few days the same behavior appeared again plus with the from the picture attached on the display.
According with the Peugeot service history the all AddBlue system(tank, pomp) was changed aroung 175.000 km and at the moment the car has close to 200.000 km so, I suppose(hope that  ) the AddBlue pomp should be ok.

Can some give me some hints what should I check ?
Thank you in advance and wish you a nice evening!

With a high level diagnostic kit, ideally Diagbox, you can manually operate the Urea pump and listen for it operating. :)

Urea system is nothing to do with the particle filter so sounds like coincidence. It is to do with the Adblue system though.

As well as clearing codes try reinitialising the Denox system. Your simple diagnostic might not be able to do that.
