Hi,
I've just bought a 2016 DS3 1.2 puretech.
The touchscreen is cracked and can't be used.
Are they easy to replace?
If so, how can I tell which model screen I have? It looks like there are 2 different types depending upon the model year.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Touchscreen
If you post your VIN, which will be masked from public view, someone with access to the Stellantis database, which we currently do not have, may be able to tell you your part number. If you go on Youtube and search for "How to replace touchscreen" you will find various videos to help but I can't see one made for the DS3. However the ones that are there will give you an idea of what will be involved.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Touchscreen
Could you post a photo of your radio and screen with the system switched on? I suspect you will have a SMEG or SMEG+ unit but this might help to positively identify it.
Out of interest, how did it get cracked? It's unusual for a touch screen to become completely unusable and not just really annoying!
