Citroen C5 2012 2.2HDI automatic

Unread post by Ben C5 »

I have this car since 2023, it had 205000 km now it has 295000. It runs very good except one little thing.
When driving uphill and I have to stop, sometimes when I release the brakes the car moves backwards. I am used to it now, so I don't release the brake until I am sure it will not do that.
I was at the local dealership service, and tried a couple of Citroen service shops, but they can't find the fault.

That sounds like a lazy sensor type problem, can you get it scanned for fault codes?
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

every time I send the car to a workshop they suspect it's a automatic transmission problem, but the transmission doesn't give any faults.
I will send it to check for sensor faults.
thanks
