Citroen C3 help needed

2003 C3 My car's door locks and four buttons do not activate the lights, and only the ignition key's immobilizer chip and key tip are plugged into another remote control. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, and also the air conditioning.It states that there is no communication with the panel (BSI). What does it say? I only have a Delphi diagnostic device, but I can see it.And also, do I have any friends who can share the entire electrical diagram of the vehicle with me? I would be glad if my friends who have an idea about this code could help me, thank you.

I do not fully understand the problem with your car, could you explain it a bit more, what actual faults are you having ?

I apologize for my bad English. The car's hazard lights, oil and battery lights do not come on when I turn on the ignition....also my air conditioner panel says there is communication with BSI, there is no fault code ...

As far as the A/C goes if its the basic A/C (without digital display) it probably doesent have an A/C control unit

With the ignition turned on you are saying the dash warning lights are not lit up. If you then turn the key further does the engine start and then the car run normally ? Have you checked if any of the fuses have failed ?

You could try a bsi reset, it does not cost anything and may not help but is worth trying when there are electrical problems. viewtopic.php?t=61997

My air conditioner panel is digital air conditioner, and I tried resetting the BSI many times but it didn't work.

I suspect that this is a legacy car. That is; the OP is trying to fix someone else's problems and does not know the history of the car. Is that correct?

Do the hazard lights flash when you lock the car with the fob? There is NO central locking from the drivers door. The lock only works on that door.

I suspect someone has replaced the VAN BUS A/C panel with a CAN BUS A/C panel. The air direction button can stop working.

Yes, I don't know anyone else's problems and past.
The vehicle's central locking system was only installed later and disabled, so I'm trying to connect a universal lock mode again.
As for the air conditioner, everything is working properly except the compressor.
