Peugeot Boxer 2.2 won't start

Hi everyone just joined from UK but live in Spain ,I have a 2010 boxer done engine swap started and moved it outside was running for 30 minutes all OK moved it again and it cut out won't start checked all connections, nothing seems wrong ,got these fault codes yesterday's using autel . Fault code descriptions from first scan
P0603 intermittent control unit fault
P0200 permanent voltage converter short circuit to ground
P062B permanent injector control circuit ,circuit open or short to ground
I1601 permanent Can communication the ECU is not receiving message any longer
U1700 permanent Can communication BSI missing messages from built in systems interface (bsi) ,went back to it this morning won't do a full scan can only get basic EOBD codes P0200 ,P0603, P062B all current had a play about with ecu connections ect but won't do full scan ,any ideas welcome thanks in advance

Was it just the engine swapped or did you also swap ECUs?

Can you post the fault code descriptions, saves anyone having to look them up.

Morning I only swapped the block and head everything else came from the original engine
