Torque settings

Unread post by Gambit »

Hi

Has anyone got the torque settings for the crank shaft pulley belt bolt ( cam belt end) ive seen 35 Nm then 190 degrees, and 35nm plus 90 degrees
I know you have to use a new bolt and will be picking one up tomorrow from local dealer.
I ve aso seen some ideas that say put car in gear and stand on the brake pedal to stop crankshaft rotating , I believe there is a locking pin hole in the fly wheel just obstructed by the exhaust flexiable coupling.

Any thoughts please

Unfortunately we are currently without access to the Stellantis parts database so unable to answer your query. However there are members with access and hopefully one of them will see your post and help out. :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

The locking pin in the flywheel might not be strong enough, a flywheel locking tool might be better.
