Drivers seat height adjustment

Hi all. I've noticed recently that after I've set my drivers seat height that withing a day or 2 I'm having to set it again as it has dropped... any idea how to fix this?

Is it mechanically adjusted or electrical?

As it is mechanical it seems likely that you have either a wear problem or a 'something loose or broken' problem.. Unfortunately we don't have access to the Stellantis database at the moment so I have not found a diagram of the mechanics to help. So I would remove the seat from the car and invert it to inspect the cradle and mechanism looking for how it is designeed to hold its height position and the problem may become obvious. Good luck
