How to Retrieve Older ECU Logs from My 2012 Citroën C4 Picasso? 🛠️🚗

Hi everyone!

I have a 2012 Citroën C4 Picasso, and for some court proceedings, I need to get ECU logs showing error codes and related info. I’m hoping to access data from at least a week ago, or even up to a month old if possible.

I’ve heard that Lexia might be able to help with this. Does anyone know if it’s possible to retrieve such historical logs using Lexia? If yes, how would I go about doing it?

It is possible to interrogate the car with Lexia/Diagbox but what you can get depends largely on the history of the car. For example if faults have been cleared then you may not be able to see them. We have a list of members who have Lexia and have expressed their willingness to help out.
