C4 Picasso judders/ hesitates when pulling

Hi All,

Just to share my experience last week and guessing some have had similar moments also? I was able to drive for about 100miles then car suddenly hesitates/judders in gears 2 and 3 at low revs. No fault codes but P2463 came about from time to time. When using aircon, I can feel the engine is somehow sluggish. No engine light but service light turns on and off whilst driving (twice). I was able to get home though. DPF accumulating soot fairly quick after cleaning. Noticed some carbon build up at the back of the turbo. I have not checked the egr yet. Would appreciate some pointers please from experienced owners. Thanks a bunch.

P2463 suggests the dpf is blocked. What year, how many miles, has the dpf fluid been topped up ? Has the fuel filter been changed ? After cleaning the dpf was it as new or still blocked and did you tell the car it had been cleaned ?

2016. P2463 was temporary. Checked DPF diff pressure when cleaned (5-6mbar) but slowly crept up to to 29mbar (no error codes yet). Fuel Filter was changed 2 months ago. The last point, i did not tell the car dpf has been cleaned.

Also dpf countdown is ticking with approx. 5k left to spare

Did another clean today (no forced regen) and achieved diff pressure of 4mbar, however, I discovered my obd device (topdon artidiag800bt) can not reset the dpf.
