Fuse Box 2 Location? Power Steering Fault

Unread post by cdawgx »

Hiya, I've got a 2012 207cc

The manual suggests there's a master-fuse MF10 for power steering located in 'fuse box 2' - does anyone know where this is? I've lifted the main engine fuse box to reveal MF1-8 in a strip along the front, but can't find the remaining three.

I'm getting fault codes C1415 and P0606 with a power assisted steering fault. Some have suggested the motor or rack might need replacing, but I thought I'd try this master-fuse first (F7 was fine but have replaced anyway).

Thanks :)

The only references I can find to Fuse Box 2 say that only a Peugeot dealer should access that fuse box. No doubt that is why it is hard to determine the location. I suspect it will be under the engine fuse box but only guessing!! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

I may be able to find something, can you give the ORGA (RP) number of your car, and which engine/transmission are fitted?

Having a guess at the specification of your car, I think that the Steering Unit is supplied through MF6 (battery supply) and F1 (switched ignition).
