Berlingo M3 Headlight Bracket Snapped

I'd be grateful for a bit of advice please!

Somebody bumped my Berlingo Mk3 while parked. As a result, a bracket holding the main headlight has snapped.

Is it possible to replace the bracket in a DIY repair? I've seen the repair kits on eBay, not sure if they contain the correct part.

It is difficult to assess whether that is repairable from that picture as it is not clear what weight the broken bracket has to carry. If you can get both parts off the car then plastic welding may be an option to fix it back together but it really depends on the weight and stress it needs to withstand. A wider angle picture may help.
