MCP6 noisy/cluncking shifting

Hello Everyone!

I have a 2012 facelift C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 e-Hdi with the MCP6 gearbox.
I own it since 2022. From the beginning if I wasn't careful the shift from 3rd to 4th was a bit rough, but it was manageable and I learned how to drive it smoothly.
When the whole car was cold (engine, gearbox, everything) the shifts are smooth, when it starts to heat up it started the rough shifting, but it was manageable.
In this weekend the weather was hot, we used the car on the motorway and probably everything was so hot, the shifts from 3rd-4th was really rough every time, even from 3rd-2nd and 2nd-1st. Loud "cluncking" or banging noise from the gearbox/actuator. (Not gear grinding)
Yesterday I was able to drain all the actuator fluid and refreshed it with new one (tutela cs speed). In the evening the weather wasn't that hot and the shifts were pretty good, but I'm afraid the gearbox or the actuator system needs some repair.
Has anyone experienced such in the past? The gearbox oil is several months old(spec: PSA B71 2330), the actuator fluid is brand new and I'm planning to refresh it soon again.
I'll post my experiences here, because i haven't found similar topics, even not in the "selespeed community"

Has any software réinitialisation procédure been done?

No, not yet.
First i just tried the fresh oil. If it won't help i'll try the gearbox teaching.
