Haynes wire colour codes

Unread post by in06khattab »

Hi,

Does anyone have a conversion from wire codes to wire colours. The Haynes Autofix for Corsa F starter relay only shows wire numbers:

Assuming that they are using the PSA scheme, there is no cross reference between the numbers and colours. The number should be printed on the jacket of the wire every few centimetres.

The colours of the wires can, and do, change along the length of the run.

That column means they either give the Colour, or the Code. And if it's a code, it's in brackets.
So there isn't a conversion from (Code) to colour - the code is the printed number wire code on the wire (that's what you need to look for) and it could be any colour wire.
