Esp/asr light still on,2013 mk1 c4 picasso 1.6hdi

Months on ,still trying to get this light off so can mot car, still have just 1 fault c1391, noticed on diagbox that brake recirculation pump relay closed with ignition on(engine off) , but according to diagbox it should be open(if I'm reading it right) please see attached pic, if I am reading it right ,where is the relay located(guessing within underbonnet fuse box and not easily accessible.)

Also thought it may be closed as the fault is causing ecu to close it ! But, the fault is cleared on diagbox until the engine restarted !
