Driver's massage seat defect.

Driver's seat massage malfunction.

When you press the seat massage button, it appears on the multimedia screen, but it doesn't turn on. However, after 15 minutes, it turns on by itself.

I performed the diagnosis using DIAGBOX:

U1f82 87
U1F83 87

Does anyone know how I can open the bank to check if the wire isn't frayed?

There are many videos on Youtube showing how to access car wiring looms and identify the problem, this link takes you to one which is looking for an engine bay problem but it demonstrates how to go through the process which applies to under seat looms as well.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
