Electric tailgate works fine but it slams

The tailgate on my C5 tourer works fine but it does slam heavily on closing. Adjusted the bump stops which has helped but I am wondering if their is anything else? Soft close option in the settings somewhere maybe? This slows the closure down and becomes annoying because it takes too long to close so many are 'disabled'. Does this apply to Citroen C5 does anyone know? Had a a quick topic search but nothing obvious came up. TIA

I have had a hunt across the forum and I can't find any references to heavy closing. I would suggest you have a word with your dealer's service department and see if they can offer any advice
