New C3 1.2 Screen does not turn on

Could someone help me with this?

My problem is that the screen does not turn on. The screen is the original one that came with the vehicle.
I haven’t been able to confirm whether the issue is the screen itself, a cable, or something else.

My vehicle is a 2017 Citroën New C3 1.2, VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].

An electrician friend did some checks but told me he needs the wiring diagram.
I’ve searched online, even paid for a PDF manual, but I haven’t found any information about the wiring—what each cable is, what voltages to measure, etc.

So, if anyone has a description of the cables for the "head unit" and the screen, and could share it with me, I’d really appreciate it.

The touch screen on our 308 stopped working recently and the fix was a new radio, installed cost with programming at the dealer was about £1500.
