I’m interested in the extended special coverage for 1.5 BlueHDi diesel engines (October 2017–January 2023).
1. Could anyone please confirm exactly which documents or information I need to submit to demonstrate eligibility for the 10-year/150,000-mile warranty?
2. Also, I’d like to obtain the Check+ certificate for a pre-owned vehicle. What is the application process or whom should I contact to receive this certificate?
The press release states: “To be eligible to the special coverage, maintenance should have been performed by any automotive professional according to the manufacturer’s recommendation.” Could you clarify what qualifies as an “automotive professional” and how strictly the manufacturer’s service schedule must be followed?
3. Finally, can I have routine maintenance done at a local independent garage without affecting my coverage? If so, are aftermarket parts acceptable under this policy, or must all parts be OEM?
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your urgent guidance.

I don't know about this campaign, but for the THP engine extended warranty (a few years ago now), there was no need to register. Eligibility was checked when making a claim.
In our case we had no record of servicing by the previous owner, but fortunately they had used another dealer to do servicing.
I am not sure about non-dealer servicing, but I expect that you would need VAT invoices for each service.
