DS5 rear door not opening from inside

Passanger rear door not opening from the inside. Outside handle works. The child locks are off.

Any idea

That sounds like the inner handle linkage is disconnected as it becomes in child lock mode. While as you said the child locks are off I'd try engaging and disengaging the child lock firmly a few times and see if the inner handle reconnects. If not it will be a door card off and have a look job! :)
