Bloody tipical!!!

Post by np »

Off this evening in our caravan, driving down M5,then steam everywhere.Coming out the back, through the face vents etc.Opens bonnet, the hose that goes into the thermostat housing is off.Get me screw driver out,oh dear o dear. The plastic housing/fitting that the hose pushes onto has snapped.Looks like a very clean break.Hasn`t been touched in over a year, old age i `spose,it also looks very brittle. Will have to try & get 1 in the morning & go to campsite then.
Question:-
I presume this is the same part on Puegeot`s & citroen 1.9td`s???Held on to thermo housing by 3 bolts,10 or 13mm.

It should be the same & you should be able to pick one up from a Peugeot or Citroen dealer ship if they have it in stock.
