Blower Fan constantly on Citroen Relay 2021

Hi All,

The heater blower fan is running constantly (at a low speed) when the ignition is switched on, even though the switch is at position 0. Turning the switch onto position, 1,2,3 or 4 makes no difference to the fan speed. I have also noticed that the air conditioning is not working - although this may be a separate issue.

So far I have replaced the blower fan resistor and replaced the fan switch in the dashboard, both made no difference. I have read that the issue could be the fan blower module. Can anyone suggest a way to fault find this please ?

Issue resolved. Problem was 3 ground wires had snapped.

Soldered and heat shrinked. Fan working correctly now...

Hi, it's frustrating when someone came in for help, tell us later they have fixed the problem but leave no further details and do not return to the forum. it happens all the time. If you need schematics I will try to help. What engine type do you have on the Relay?
