508 2013 Wheel alignment issues

Unread post by Himanshu9427 »

Hi I have a peugeot 508 vin VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].
My rear tyres were severely worn out from the insides to mid suggesting high negative camber. I would like to know how can I adjust this?

i have tried to adjust the bar shown in the picture but it led to the wheel (toe in). The back side of the rear tyres positioned outwards while the camber looks neutral or balanced.

I read somewhere that some cars are built with no adjustable camber parts. Is this true?

To add:
After adjusting the rear bar(probably trailing arm) shown in previous post, I went to get a wheel alignment check.
This is what the readings came as. The front wasn’t touched. The rear wheel position seems better and easier to drive.

Can someone maybe tell me if this is fine to drive or what needs to be done further.

Thank you

What make of tyres are they, I once had very cheap India ones on a car and within 5k miles they were down to the string/cord whereas dearer ones lasted at least 3 times that and did not get so badly worn. Is the tyre on the other side just as bad although I am shocked you let this one get so badly worn and illegal before appearing to want to replace it ?
