Fan / blower stuck

Hey guys, bought a 65 plate 308 yesterday and fan / ac working perfectly fine on drive home.

Started car today and the fan seems it is at the extremely low setting, anything I adjust using touch screen, even on max the fan is going like bare minimum.
The graphics on screen and power levels on screen are adjusting according to request. Just seems the either the unit isn’t sending signals forward to blower, or the blower isn’t ramping up according to signals it’s receiving?

Fault codes I get
BSI U1f00:00 error information lost.
ECU U1318:86 coms fault with BSI - coms invalid
Combination instrument B1003:54 config fault (maybe phantom fault) - no calibration
Multifunctional panel - U1f3e:87 touchscreen no coms telematic - lost info
U1f18:88 touch screen not communicating on multimedia can
Any one had such issue or can advice where to start fault finding.

As there are a number of faults mentioning comms I'd suggest a thorough check of all the connectors behind the instruments and around the steering column may pay dividends.
