Hi, I have this old 2004 Berlingo 1.4i. VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff], RPO: 10007FV
Does anyone have AutoData or similar to look up some 'well hidden' data on this car?
I'm trying to find out if it uses a MA5/L or MA5/S gearbox, the gearbox is stamped 20CP37, I suspect the difference is only in the gearing ratios.
Eg. in the EPC I see two alternatives for 1st gear: 40 or 41 teeth. I'm looking into getting new 1st and 2nd gear wheels.

Re: Help to find gearbox type details by VIN
If you contact your Citroen dealer Parts department they should be able to tell you which gearbox was fitted to the car from the VIN.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
