Where does this piece go?

Today I replaced the resistor for the fan/air conditioning on my c4 grand Picasso. However as I was putting the covers etc back on, this yellow rubber piece fell out from somewhere underneath the driver side dash.

Any idea what it’s for and where it goes? Is it an important piece?

Everything is working fine without it so far.

I can not read the long part number on it, could you provide it.

It's a blanking plug that goes in the side of the heater box somewhere. Should be able to find a hole somewhere that it fits in!

Thanks all. For reference the number on it is 9802741780 followed by PP+EPDM.

I can’t for the life of me find where it goes. Is leaving it off going to cause any short or long term issues?

Note that view is from the front of the car, so the plug is somewhere around the pollen filter door (which is presumably why it got knocked off!). I think it's for the glovebox outlet on a LHD car, so it will probably blow cold air on your feet if not refitted.
