Hi everyone,
I've owned my grand picasso for about a year and ever since I've owned it I've had an intermittent problem of either it won't start or it won't shut off even with the keys out so having to stall to stop it,weve changed the starter motor, circuit breaker on battery fuse pack,a new battery and a fuel pump relay. All the wiring and switches have been checked, its also been scanned for faults and coming up with nothing, does anyone have any ideas of anything we haven't tried?
Thanks

Re: Citroen c4 grand picasso intermittent start issue
How many miles has it done, what year is the car, what scanner did you use to check for faults - was it Citroen dealer level equipment or just a fault code reader ?
The engine not stopping on a diesel could be turbo seal wear and the engine running on the oil in the sump so check the oil level.

Re: Citroen c4 grand picasso intermittent start issue
Hi,it's a 2012,119,500 miles
We used a snap on reader and also an autophix reader, the oil level seems to be OK,no oil faults at all,but I've had this intermittent problem since I've owned it,it will be fine for quite a while then start doing it again.
