Condeser dryer replaced oil top up recommendation.
Hi, I am replacing my combined condenser dryer due to a pin hole leak on a 2011 Peugeot 3008. Would anyone have a recommendation of how much PAG oil to top up with.

Under the bonnet on a wing or the slam panel, there might be a sticker with the type of refrigerant, the amount and also the oil. In any case, the air con garage will put the oil in when they put in the refrigerant after doing the vacuum pressure tests so they ought to know how much to put in.

Hi PaulC5, Thanks for your good recommendation.
The problem I have is I use what I call "gas and go" type service outlets due to cost, they donot do any repair work on A/C so donot add oil. From what I have read on other forums the oil should be added directly to the replacement component , but can not find any recommendation for quantity for combined Condenser and dryer.

I think you'll find the answer here!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Hi mickthemaverick,
That is a good find so have put it in favourites thanks. I have found some info on "Peugeot forum" that recommends 30ml per component replaced so with your link I shall use PAG46.
